Description
The jointed kimblewick is useful for horses that lean on a straight mouthpiece. Kimblewicks are similar to pelhams in their action with the use of a curb, but milder due to the lack of leverage a pelham shank would provide. The jointed mouthpiece can lessen the action of the curb, and also help to raise the horses head with bar and palate pressure.
